SIS has completed the preliminary investigation of the case of the third RA President Serzh Sargsyan. This information was confirmed to Armenian News-NEWS.am by Serzh Sargsyan’s lawyer Amram Makinyan.
It is noteworthy that five people were charged in the criminal case, including Serge Sargsyan and Flash Company owner Barsegh Beglaryan.
SIS told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the prosecution considered the evidence obtained in the criminal case sufficient to draw an indictment and forward the case to the defendants and their defendants.
The case materials were provided to the latter to get acquainted.
Armenian News-NEWS.am had earlier reported that the SIS announced the indictment of the third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on December 4, 2019. According to the official report, occupying the office of the President of the Republic of Armenia, using his official position,
in 2013 he organized a group of officials to steal 489,160,310 AMD in a particularly large amount of money from the state. He was charged under Article 38-179 (3) (1) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia and a signature on non-departure was selected as a precautionary measure.

e and filed a complaint against both the prosecutor’s office and the court against the defendant’s decision.
