Artsakh Former Prime Minister, “Hero of Artsakh”. He has been arrested with the prior consent of others to overthrow the constitutional order of the Republic of Armenia [5] [6].

On December 24, 1994, Robert Kocharyan was elected President of the Artsakh Republic by the Supreme Council of the Artsakh Republic and in November 1996 by popular elections.

On March 30, 1998, Robert Kocharyan was elected President of the Republic of Armenia at the snap presidential elections.
