

Robert Sedrak Kocharyan (August 31, 1954 [1] [2] [3], Stepanakert, NKAO, USSR, USSR [4]), an Armenian state, political figure, the second President of Armenia and the first President of Artsakh [N1], Armenia and
Artsakh Former Prime Minister, “Hero of Artsakh”. He has been arrested with the prior consent of others to overthrow the constitutional order of the Republic of Armenia [5] [6].

On December 24, 1994, Robert Kocharyan was elected President of the Artsakh Republic by the Supreme Council of the Artsakh Republic and in November 1996 by popular elections.
